A simpler digital hotel experience
Roksolana Hotel consists of six buildings and offers around 250 rooms across different categories. With a large number of rooms, the check-in and check-out process can become time-consuming for both guests and hotel staff.
The Hotel Roksolana app lets guests manage reservations, pay for their stay, check in remotely, receive notifications, and access their room without assistance from reception. It also provides an overview of hotel facilities, floor plans, and individual room layouts.
The search experience is kept simple and easy to understand. Guests can select their dates, the number of adults and children, and the number of rooms to see the available options. Hotel rooms are organized into clear categories to make comparing and booking easier.
After payment and identity verification, guests can use the app to access their room. The digital key makes arrival more convenient and removes the need to collect a physical key or card at reception.
